My story is here for you.

I founded this platform to be a collaborative effort to help other women have the knowledge and systems to be able to go from the darkest part of their story to finding “happy” again.

This is a very common reason to stay and one that we address heavily. I commonly say that you leave strategically or tragically. If you have decided you must leave, then you need to make a plan. Let’s us show you how.
What is the process for leaving abuse?
As a survivor of abuse, I view it in three stages: Getting out, Staying out and Rebuilding your life. Through the Grave was created to not only help women decide if it’s time to leave but to help them claim back a healthy home.
What is Through the Grave’s Mission?
It is our mission to reach millions of women (and men) and stand beside them through this season of their lives. It is possible to go from Trauma to Triumph. Keep going!
